Over the past decade, she’s designed and produced weddings across the country, quickly establishing a reputation for her collaborative spirit, discerning eye, and devotion to her couples and their families.
She lives in St. Louis with her husband, Nic, and their four greatest accomplishments: Charleston, Hattie, Everett, and Teddy. When she’s not deep in floor plans or fabric swatches, you’ll likely find her planning her next family trip or gathering friends around a long, candlelit table.
Raised in a home that cherished tradition and hospitality, Jill was captivated early on by joyful gatherings and the beauty of a well-set table. A willing hostess-in-training, she eagerly took on any task her mother assigned—hanging paper chain garlands, arranging place settings, or preparing Geraldine’s famous punch. From the start, she understood that the most memorable events are built on care, creativity, and a deep sense of welcome.

Frannie has always had an eye for the details most people miss, drawn to systems, structure, and the quiet satisfaction of everything falling into place. After studying anthropology and philosophy, she found her way into weddings by way of the bridal industry, drawn to the challenge of managing something both logistical and deeply human. At Jill Perez Events, she’s the quiet force who brings calm to the process and clarity to the details. Her steady presence and thoughtful approach help clients feel supported through every phase - tuning into the unspoken, and tending to the moments that matter most, even when they're not on the timeline.
She finds inspiration in the quiet marks of a well-run event—a beautifully designed welcome note, a guest who feels cared for, a room that simply flows. Outside of events, Grace keeps her creativity alive through arts and crafts, nonprofit work, and a steady rotation of hot pilates and new restaurants.
Grace came to events by way of client experience, where she learned that small gestures, handled with care, have the power to shape how people feel - and, more importantly, what they remember. Guided by a genuine care for people and an instinct for thoughtful logistics, she supports each event by managing everything from RSVPs and transportation to the small, meaningful touches that shape how a celebration feels. Known for her quick thinking and calm demeanor, she’s affectionately called the team’s Mary Poppins - always pulling the perfect fix from her event-day bag, just when it’s needed most.
